Our Financial Policy

  • Major treatment: We require a deposit before beginning extensive procedures, with the balance due upon completion

Insurance Claims

  • We submit all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients
  • You are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance
  • If your insurance hasn’t paid within 60 days, the balance becomes your responsibility
  • We’ll work with you to appeal any denied claims
